WHAT YOU NEED

3 1/2 cups oats
2 cups "o" oat cereal
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
dried fruit mix-ins

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.

2. In a large mixing bowl, measure the oats, cereal, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir it up! Set aside.

3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the oil, honey, and vanilla.

4. Pour the "wet" stuff over the "dry" stuff. Stir until well coated.

5. Spread the mixture over the prepared baking pan.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

7. Cool. Stir in favorite dried fruit mix-ins (raisins, cranberries, banana chips, etc.).
